Our mission is to provide every opportunity possible for players to participate in events but there are some cases where cancellation is necessary. All events held at the center are held whether rain, shine or snow. The only cases where events may be cancelled are when extreme cold or extreme heat exists that creates an unsafe environment for both staff members and players alike. That also includes where winter weather makes travel to and from the center impossible. All considerations for weather are made by the Wednesday ahead of the weekend in question and any cancellations are announced on our social media accounts, Discord server and the home page this website. We will always announce cancellations as they happen.
