The Free Weekend is designed and ran similarly to our open play events. Gameplay rounds are between thirty (30) minutes to one (1) hour. Breaks are between fifteen (15) minutes to twenty (20) minutes.

All briefs, including the field safety brief and individual round briefs, are mandatory for players to participate. Players who arrive late will not be allowed to participate until they have been properly briefed by a member of center staff. Players who do not attend the individual round briefs may not be allowed to participate until the following round.

Our intention is to run as many rounds as we can throughout the day and ask that all players are prompt when called.

REGISTRATION COST

Gate Registration:
- Free

The center will not be charging players to sell their items from their vehicles. A decision has not yet been made on table rentals which will be announced closer to the event dates. Item sales are not allowed within the center's store nor within the patio area adjacent to the store. These areas are reserved for center operations and player staging for those wishing to play on the field.

While this event is free to play it is still expected that all players will check-in as required by the center's insurance provider.

RENTAL EQUIPMENT

The center has replica and eye protection (paintball style mask) rentals available for players who need it. Players are asked to keep in mind that rental equipment is limited in quantity and that a reservation for equipment, which can be made at no additional cost, be made to ensure their needs are met.

FIELD RULES

The center expects that all players have read and acknowledge the field and safety rules prior to their attendance at events. While these rules are covered during the field safety brief it is important that players check the rules periodically to ensure that they do not miss updated information. The center also requires that players complete the current year's liability waiver (2023) prior to their attendance at events. The waiver covers the entire calendar year and only needs to be completed once during the calendar year.
