STAFF POSITIONS
REQUIREMENTS & EXPECTATIONS
Prospective staff members must be able to cover at least two (2) event shifts per calendar month. Our staff assignment schedules are created at the end of the proceeding month in order to accommodate conflicts with external responsibilities. Prospective staff members must be able to communication through our Discord server which is our primary means of internal communication between staff members. Prospective staff members must be at least eighteen (18) years old in order to be considered and should have some previous experience with airsoft.
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
Our staff members are compensated based on a pre-determined compensation schedule that is based on the amount of players in attendance during a scheduled event shift. Additionally, our staff members are provided store and field benefits. Our staff positions are not considered regular employment and therefore should be not be considered as a primary source of income.
