STAFF POSITIONS
REQUIREMENTS & EXPECTATIONS
Prospective staff members must be able to cover weekends (Saturday or Sunday). Staff assignment schedules are created at the start of each month in order to accommodate any conflicts with external responsibilities. Staff members must be able to communicate through Discord which is the center’s primary means of internal communications between staff members. You must be at least eighteen (18) years old in order to be considered.
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
Staff members are compensated based on a pre-determined fee schedule that is based on the amount of players in attendance during a scheduled shift. Additionally, staff members are provided store and field benefits. A staff member position with the center is not a full-time work position and therefore should not be considered as a primary source of income.
