PRIVATE GROUPS
Are you looking to have a birthday, bachelor, business or general group party with airsoft? We would be happy to be the location for your event! Slots for private group events are available on Saturday evenings. Marshals (referees) are provided by the center.
When are slots available for private groups?
Slots for private groups are available on select Saturday evenings from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM. To check availability, you can email us at mercerairsoftcenter@verizon.net, call us at (724) 979-6600 or by clicking the "schedule now" button at the bottom of this page.
Is there a minimum or maximum amount of participants required?
Yes, there is a minumum amount of ten (10) participants required for private groups. While we do not have a maximum limit to the amount of participats, we are only available to provide a limited amount of rental equipment. While this number is normally around twenty (20), the actual availability of equipment may vary given changing circumstances. You are always welcome to confirm equipment numbers with us versus the number of participants you plan to have for your private group.
Is use of center ammunition required in it's rental replicas?
No, use of our ammunition that we sell is not required in our rental replicas but outside ammunition is subject to our approval. There are certain brands and weights that we do not permit.
Are private groups permitted to bring in outside food and drink?
Yes, we do not restrict participants from bringing outside food and drink. We do ask that private groups help maintain the cleanliness of our facility by making sure that their waste is disposed of properly.
What costs are involved with private groups?
There are several costs involved with private groups but the final total is different in each case. The admission, for both participants who are self supplied or renting, is $5.00. Our rental replicas for private groups is $10.00. Our eye protection for private groups (fully sealed paintball style mask) is $5.00. Ammunition is not included in replica rentals but can be purchased in our shop. All of these costs are due on the day of the event. A $30.00 marshal (referee) fee is the only fee that is due at the time of scheduling.
