We do not cancel events simply because there is rain, snow or thunder in the weather forecast. In the case of dangerous weather, such as lightning, our policy is to pause gameplay until the threat has passed and then resume. The only circumstances where a cancellation is definite is in the case of cold weather under 30°F or in extreme heat where player and staff safety is in danger. All cancellations are reflected in the calendar above and on our social media accounts as soon as that decision is made. If an announcement cannot be found or the event is still listed above, there is a good chance we plan to continue as scheduled.
