Mercer Airsoft Free Event, Part 2, Summer Edition

Three times each year the center holds free weekends as a show of appreciation for it's community. The community has remained the core of the center's dedication to providing the best player experience possible. The year of 2020 marks the center's 10th year in operation and without that community would have no reason to exist. The center welcomes all players both novice and veteran, young and old, to join with us in celebrating this milestone.


1000 (10:00 AM)
- Registration (Store) and Chronograph (Range) Starts

1130 (11:30 AM)
- Mandatory Safety Brief (Staging Area)

1200 (12:00 PM)
- Rounds Start

1800 (6:00 PM)
- Rounds End

Rounds are designed to last between forty-five (45) minutes to one (1) hour. Breaks last between fifteen (15) to twenty (20) minutes.

The center's goal is to hold as many rounds as possible during the allotted event time frame. Attendance at each briefing held before each round is mandatory. Those who do not attend these briefings may not be allowed to play until the next round.

Although this event is free the center still requires that all players in attending check-in. The location and process for check-in will be announced prior to the event date.


All normal center field and safety rules will be enforced throughout the event. The rules can be found here.

All players must complete a waiver of liability for the season (2020) before they will be allowed to participate in any event on center property. The waiver can be found here.


We have introduced a mitigation protocol that should be followed throughout the entire weekend whether you are playing on the field or visiting the store. The protocol will remain active until otherwise announced.

► Customers are expected to wear face covers in the store. Customers who have a medical condition that do not allow them to wear face covers are exempt from this expectation.
► Customers are recommended to wear face covers in outdoor spaces.
► In addition to normal face covers other acceptable face covers include: shemaghs, balaclavas, neck gaiters, and tactical wraps.
► Customers are expected, to the best of their ability, to maintain a minimum physical distance from others of at least six (6) feet.
► Customers will not be allowed to use the enclosed building for storage of their equipment. Customers are encouraged to stage from their vehicle. We have spaced out our outdoor tables to best assist with maintained physical distance.
► Customers are recommend, as usual, to keep their own health and the health of others in mind when they choose to come to the center. Those who are sick should not attend events until they have recovered.
