Red Dawn (Special)

October 13 | 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM

An oddly warm October 13th brought most people out in their summer clothes enjoying an extended summer. With Russian tensions in the air, change is coming.

Red Dawn is designed as an Intro to airsoft and to get new players into organized airsoft. The game will require red rags, bandages and correct uniforms. Players with experience are encouraged to help less experienced players grow and learn the game.

An American based force using a mix of Russian and surplus gear. Whatever they can find to fight the overflowing tide of communism.

Uniform requirements, Green based uniforms such as: A-TACS FG, Flecktarn, Tiger Stripe, Vegatato, Woodland Marpat, US Woodland (M81) CADPAT, Multicam Tropic, AOR2, Olive Drab, Ranger, and Toad Green.

A full strength commando fighting force. Using the latest in technology and equipment. Equipped with weapons from all around the world.

Uniform requirements, Tan based uniforms; ACU, Arid DPM, Desert Marpat, DDU 6 color, A-TACS AU, Desert Tiger, Multicam, DCU Tri-Color, Multicam Arid, AOR1, Coyote, khakki.

With trying to bring as much immersion and realism to the event as possible, any players not dressed in the listed uniforms above will be considered a civilian and will be tapped off to balance teams and add a mix of "Grey man" into the fight. This will include but not limited to, black shirts, jeans, polos, shorts, t-shirts and hunting camo.

Does not matter. Either team can wear any mix and match of gear they choose which includes guns, plate carriers, chest rigs and helmets/headgear.

Players are required to bring fully sealed eye protection, a red dead rag, and two bandages to be healed. Players that do not bring the required eye protection will not be permitted to play. Players that do not bring the other listed items will be greatly handicapped.

This will be a SEMI AUTO ONLY game unless you have an approved support weapon (such as M249, RPK, PKM, Saw, 240B, Shrike, Stoner, M27 IAR (full 11" 16.5" barrel) etc.).

Since this is an intro to milsim, players are asked and strongly encouraged to use mid capacity magazines. If you don't have access to them, one (1) high capacity magazine is allowed. One high cap, or unlimited mid-cap magazines. Not both!

Channel 1 is for Staff and real-world emergencies. Channels 2-8 are for Wolverines. Channels 9+ are for the Russians

If it goes boom, then its a kill within 15 feet or the entire room is killed.

Due to the nature of the engagement distances (bang-bang removal) all players under the age of 18 must wear hard lower face protection. Anyone over the age of 18 is not required to wear lower face protection but it is recommended.

Bang! Bang! rule update.
