Op Overshadow (Milsim)

August 12 | 9:00 am - 9:00 pm

The United States, under President Donald Trump, has made the decision to leave NATO due to military restrictions and the severe cost (~4% of the country’s GDP). The new administration has decided to re-establish ties with Russia in order to create a stronger, more effective alliance known as “The Cardinal Syndicate.”

The recent violent incursions from Turkey against Russia has started to push President Vladimir Putin to the point of war. The bringing down of a Russian (which flew over Turkish airspace for only 17 seconds), and the assassination of the Russian ambassador to Turkey, Andrey G. Karlov, on live T.V. have kick-started a coalition to bring the country to a halt to stop Turkish forces.

In an effort to fight global terrorism, the U.S. has agreed to work with Russia to combat Turkey, seeing as the country has supported various terror organizations such as Al-Nusra and ISIS. Russian Войска Специального назначения (Spetsnaz) and United States JSOC (Delta Force, DEVGRU, and AFSOC) forces have planned out Operation Overshadow. These forces have decided to begin their operation in the Rize Province, as Turkey has begun to build a new military base in this location. The hesitation of NATO forces and speed of the Syndicate’s attacks, they are able to violently assault and take a foothold in the Province. Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan has no idea what the Bear and the Eagle have in store for him.

3. All players should know that attendance of the safety brief and every game brief is mandatory. The center is an outdoor field which means that field conditions always change throughout the year. The addition of new structures and rules about those structures also change throughtout the year. It is because of that fact that players should attend the safety brief each time they come to the center. In order for events to run smoothly and as planned, game briefs are treated as beging just as important. If you do not attend a game brief, you do not know what is going on.
4. Have fun and ask questions!
